Our Pilates Brands

We carry three Pilates brands, each chosen for a different kind of buyer, from compact home setups to fully equipped studios.

Wood Reformer

Belgian-owned and designed in Belgium, Wood Reformer makes premium timber reformers in oak, walnut and maple: foldable, studio and studio tower models, plus the Wunda Pilates chair. Already established in Belgium and Switzerland, the brand is now available in Australia through CoreRecovery, with hands-on set-up help and after-sales support. Fitting out a studio? Contact us about multi-unit orders.

The Core Collab

Eco-minded reformers built from FSC-certified oak and solid beechwood, with a 6-spring resistance system and a whisper-quiet 8-wheel carriage. Choose a foldable model that stores away after your session, or a studio model for a dedicated home gym or private studio.

LifeSpan Fitness

The LifeSpan Fitness Contour range covers everything from foldable home reformers to the Contour Studio commercial reformer, the lightweight Contour Pro aluminium reformer and the Contour Cadillac with full trapeze table. You'll also find the ladder barrel, replacement springs, anti-slip mats and Pilates essentials here.

Choosing Your Pilates Reformer

What is reformer Pilates?

A reformer is a sliding carriage on a frame, with springs, a footbar and straps that add or reduce resistance. You push, pull and stretch through controlled, flowing movements in several directions, adjusting the springs as you progress. It's low-impact and works for beginners through to advanced practitioners.

Foldable, studio or tower?

  • Foldable reformers fold up and roll away, ideal for apartments and shared spaces.
  • Studio reformers have a fixed full-length frame for the stable, smooth feel of a studio machine.
  • Tower reformers and Cadillacs add an upright frame with extra springs and bars for more exercise variety.

Timber or aluminium?

Timber frames (oak, walnut, maple, beechwood) bring a warm, furniture-quality look to a home or boutique studio. Aluminium frames are lighter and suit busy, high-use spaces.

Plan your space

Reformers need clearance around them for straps and jumpboard work, so check the floor-space guide on each product page before you order.

Not sure which one is right for you?
