Shipping

 

Everything you need to know about how we process, ship, and deliver your order.

Order Confirmation

As soon as you place your order you will receive an order confirmation email. This means we have received your order in our system and pre-authorised your credit card for the purchase.

We automatically check to confirm your order is in stock and available for immediate shipment. If your item is on back-order or unavailable, we will void the pre-authorisation and reach out via email to discuss alternate arrangements.

If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment (within 5 business days), we will process the charges and begin preparing your order.

Order Shipment

If your order is in stock and we process the charges to your credit card, it will ship within three business days from the date of your order.

We will send shipping confirmation within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the email address provided at checkout. If you have not received shipping confirmation within four business days of your order, please contact us at sales@corerecovery.com.au.

Shipping Methods & Costs by Brand

We offer different shipping options depending on the product you choose. Below is a summary for each brand we carry.

Frozen Oasis  Flat-rate shipping

Frozen Oasis products ship at a flat rate. The cost is displayed at checkout when you enter your delivery address.

ReGen8  Calculated shipping

Shipping is calculated based on your delivery address. Add the product to your cart and enter your address at checkout to see the exact cost upfront.

Next-day delivery may be possible for some ReGen8 orders. Delivery timeframes are estimates — our team is always available to assist with any unforeseen delays.

Shym Saunas  Shipping quoted after order

Due to the size, weight, and configuration of Shym Saunas products, shipping costs vary depending on your delivery location and any selected accessories or add-ons.

Once your order is placed, we work with several trusted courier partners to compare options and secure the most cost-effective quote for your address. The final shipping cost will be confirmed and invoiced separately before dispatch.

If you are not happy with the shipping cost, you may cancel your order within 24 hours of receiving the shipping invoice — no questions asked.

PlusLife Health  We cover up to 80% of shipping

We cover up to 80% of the shipping cost for PlusLife Health products. This is the lowest shipping rate you'll find anywhere for these products.

A shipping deposit is required at checkout. After your order is placed, we calculate the final shipping cost based on your delivery location and any selected add-ons. If the final cost exceeds your deposit, CoreRecovery covers the difference, no additional charges to you.

Prefer not to pay for shipping at all? Free warehouse pick-up is available from our Sydney location. Enter the discount code PICKUP at checkout.

Hyperbaric Chambers

Each CoreRecovery hyperbaric chamber is custom-made to order. Please allow the following lead times after placing your order:

Stage Timeframe Details
Production 10–14 days Your chamber is built to order after purchase.
Sea freight delivery 3–4 weeks Free sea freight is included with every order.
Total estimated time 6–8 weeks From order placement to delivery at your door.

If you prefer faster delivery, air freight is available for around $450.00 AUD. Add this at checkout or email sales@corerecovery.com.au to arrange before your order is dispatched.

Shipping Times

After the expected lead time for your product, please allow 3–5 business days for delivery. You will be provided with a tracking number upon dispatch.

The courier will deliver your order on a pallet and, depending on your property type, will be able to bring it to your front door.

International Orders

Our products are made specifically for the Australian market and require a 240V electrical system to function correctly. They are certified to Australian standards but have generally not been certified for other countries' electrical safety standards.

We are happy to ship internationally. Due to the wide variety of product dimensions, we will provide an up-to-date shipping price quote on request. If you are happy with the quote, we will prepare an order and payment through our secure online payment gateway. Please contact us at sales@corerecovery.com.au to get started.

Damaged Deliveries

Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive. If you notice any damage, make note of it when signing for delivery, or do not agree to accept the delivery.

If you do accept delivery, immediately photograph the damaged packaging and any products inside using your smartphone or camera.
