Easy Returns

CoreRecovery 30-Day Return Policy


While we fully stand by every product that we sell, we understand that sometimes you might change your mind or realize the product you ordered wasn’t exactly what you were hoping for.


30-Day Returns

If you decide you want to return an item for any reason within 30 days after receipt of your order, please email us at sales@corerecovery.com.au with your order number and we will provide detailed instructions on how to process the return.

 

  • Return Shipping Costs: You, the customer, are responsible for paying the return shipping costs of the item(s) in your order.

  • Condition for Return: Items must be unopened, uninstalled, and in “Like New” condition, with all original packaging, accessories, and documentation.

  • “Like New” means the item must not show any visual signs of use, damage, or wear. Items that have been installed, unpacked, or used in any way will not be accepted for a return and no refund will be given.

 


Once your return item(s) have been received and inspected at our warehouse(s), we will send you an email notification confirming your refund.


Damages

If the product is damaged upon delivery:

 

  • Note the damage immediately when signing for delivery.

  • Send photos to sales@corerecovery.com.au on the day of delivery.

  • CoreRecovery will cover the shipping costs for defective, damaged, or incorrect merchandise.

 

Cancellations

 

  • Orders can be canceled before shipment for a full refund, except for custom-made items, including hyperbaric chambers and hydrogen oxygen generators, which are made to order and cannot be canceled once production has started.

  • Orders canceled after shipment follow our 30-Day Return Policy and are subject to return shipping costs.


Non-Returnable Items

 

  • Products that are installed, unpacked, or used.

  • Certified pre-owned or used products.

  • Products purchased for temporary or one-time use (e.g., trade shows, events, promotions).

  • Items where the vendor or product description specifically states that returns are not allowed.

  • made to order items (hyperbaric chamber, hydrogen oxygen generators)

 

Important Notes

 

  • All returns must be authorized by our customer service team prior to shipment. Unauthorized returns may be refused.

  • Keep all original packaging until the return process is complete.
