Warranty
We believe in the quality and durability of our products. That’s why every purchase is backed by our Protected Purchase Promise. If anything goes wrong, you’re covered with a comprehensive warranty, whether it's a repair, replacement, or refund, we’ve got you covered.
If any part needs to be replaced due to a failure during the warranty period, we will send you a replacement part free of charge. You only need to pay the shipping cost, unless the problem is caused by the product itself, in which case we cover the shipping.
Warranty period: Two years for the cabin, one year for the machine.

We offer different shipping options depending on the product you choose. Some items come with free shipping, while others require a flat-rate shipping fee that varies based on your delivery location.
All our products from the brands Nuvie and Frozen Oasis use a flat-rate shipping.
All our products from the brand ReGen8 require a calculated shipping fee.
Hyperbaric Chambers: Each chamber is custom-made per order. Production typically takes 10–14 days, after which shipping takes an additional 3–4 weeks, depending on whether it is sent by land or sea freight. Sea freight is included in FREE delivery. If you would like to request a different shipping method, please email us at sales@corerecovery.com.au.
