Wooden Sauna Hygrometer. One of the most important pieces of equipment of the sauna. Hygrometers are used to measure and hence help to regulate humidity in the sauna. A thermometer determines the room’s temperature. A hygrometer is necessary to create a safe and proper microclimate in the sauna. High temperature, when combined with high humidity, is an unsafe environment. Therefore, when there is a temperature of 100 to 110 degrees Celsius, a hygrometer should display no more than 30%. As for humid saunas where the temperature is at 60 degrees Celsius, it should be 85%.
