Installation, Delivery & Warranty
Professional installation is available through our trusted nationwide partners for an additional fee. A standard 10-amp outlet is not sufficient, and a qualified electrician is required for installation.
Installation requirements:
Level, weight-bearing surface (concrete, deck, or pavers)
5 cm clearance on sides and rear, 30 cm above roof
Accessible power connection for maintenance
Warranty: PlusLife saunas include a manufacturer warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship, backed by local after-sales support.

Shipping inside of Australia will take place via road-freight.
Please note that shipping prices provided at checkout represent an initial deposit of approximately 40-50% of the estimated shipping costs. The final shipping cost will be calculated at the time of dispatch and may differ from this initial estimate. If the final cost is higher than the deposit paid, the difference will be invoiced prior to dispatch and must be paid before shipping can proceed. If the final cost is lower than the deposit, the difference will be refunded.
Pick-up is FREE and is available from our warehouse in Sydney. If interested in warehouse pick-up, add the discount code PICKUP at your checkout.
After the expected lead time for your order, there will be a 3-5 business day delivery time. You will be provided with a tracking number upon order dispatch.
The courier will deliver the order on a pallet, and depending on your property type, will be able to deliver it at your front door.
