You can purchase Shym Saunas products directly through our website. Once your order is placed, we work with several trusted courier partners to compare options and secure the most cost-effective shipping quote for your delivery address.
The final shipping cost will be confirmed and invoiced separately before dispatch of your order. If you’re not happy with the shipping cost, you may cancel your order within 24 hours of receiving the shipping invoice.
For PlusLife Saunas, a 40–50% shipping deposit is required at checkout. After your order is placed, we calculate the final shipping cost based on your delivery location and any selected add-ons. If the final shipping cost exceeds the deposit paid, CoreRecovery will cover the remaining amount, ensuring you receive the lowest shipping rate possible with no additional charges.
Each chamber is custom-made per order. Production typically takes 10–14 days, after which shipping takes an additional 3–4 weeks, depending on whether it is sent by land or sea freight. Sea freight is included in FREE delivery. If you would like to request a different shipping method, please email us at sales@corerecovery.com.au.
