Assembly
This sauna is a self-assembly product. Detailed instructions are included in the box. Two people and approximately 8–10 hours are recommended.
Electrician required: A licensed electrician must install a dedicated hardwired circuit (minimum 32A, recommended 40A with RCD) before the sauna can be operated.
Step 1: Choose and Prepare Your Site
Select a flat, stable surface, concrete slab, decking, or compacted gravel. Ensure clearance around the sauna and that a power source is accessible for your electrician.
Step 2: Assemble the Barrel Frame
Two people required. Assemble the cedar staves, frame rings, and structural components. Tools: power drill, 2x adjustable wrenches, bar level, U-shape staple gun, tape measure, pencil.
Step 3: Install the Roof, Door & Interior
Attach the bitumen shingle roof, fit the tempered glass door, and install interior components including benches, backrests, and LED lighting strips.
Step 4: Connect the Heaters & Control Panel
Mount the infrared panels and Harvia Cilindro heater. Connect the waterproof control panel, resonance speakers, and LED lighting.
Step 5: Licensed Electrician Hardwires the Circuit
A licensed electrician must connect the sauna to a dedicated 230V circuit with minimum 32A breaker (40A recommended) and RCD protection. Do not operate until complete.
Step 6: Test & Enjoy
Run a test session to verify all heating elements, lighting, and audio are working. Then enjoy your first sweat.
