The Cozy 12 SW is a sleek, curved wood-burning sauna heater engineered for soft, enduring warmth and rich steam. Built in Estonia by specialists with generations of sauna know-how, it’s optimized for pouring water onto hot stones to deliver traditional löyly. With a tested thermal output of 11.5 kW, the Cozy12 SW suits sauna rooms of 6–13 m³ and is available in INTERNAL or EXTERNAL (through-wall) variants.

  • Clean, Efficient Burning: Meets German BImSchV requirements in TÜV tests without supportive equipment; flue gases are up to 6× cleaner than similar heaters.
  • Uses Less Wood: Requires at least 25% less fuel (up to 40% less in testing) while maintaining comfortable heat.
  • Compact Clearances: Safety distance to flammable materials can be as low as 17 cm at the sides without extra protection screens (see full clearance table).
  • Sleek Curved Design: SW body geometry provides ample stone mass for smooth steam and stable temperatures with a modern look.

  • Large Stone Capacity — up to 120 kg: For 7.5–15 cm stones to store heat and deliver gentle steam. Stones not included.
  • Fuel & Loading: Burns dry wood logs up to 30–33 cm; typical max load 8 kg.
  • Advanced Airflow: Three-part combustion air routing helps reburn flue gases for cleaner exhaust and steady heat.
  • Compliance: EN 15821:2010; BImSchV (level 2); TÜV SÜD tested.

 

Important Notes

  • Initial Curing: First heating should be done outside or in a well-ventilated room without stones to cure the paint; ventilate afterwards.
  • Installation: Follow ventilation and clearance requirements; flue connection must be completed by a qualified specialist.
  • Fuel: Use only dry natural wood. Do not burn treated wood, pellets, coal, liquids, or waste.

Hyperbaric Chambers: Each chamber is custom-made per order. Production typically takes 10–14 days, after which shipping takes an additional 3–4 weeks, depending on whether it is sent by land or sea freight. Sea freight is included in FREE delivery. If you would like to request a different shipping method, please email us at sales@corerecovery.com.au.
